fresh pastrieshelpful staff
Gabi welcomed us warmly at the desk offering help. Adem made a perfect latte while we waited in the lounge. they had a variety of freshly made pastries. i got a crispy almond croissant with my daily latte quickly. the staff were very helpful.
the hotel was very hot, though you could open the windows in the rooms.

the automated entrance felt impersonal the common areas looked smaller than shown in photos the room was small i found long black hairs on the floor and in the bathroom the bathroom lacked a hairdryer the noise isolation was poor as the room faced the street i seemed like the windows were open

The hotel's location proved convenient. It was close to monument and bank train stations which allowed easy access to the city. i found it great that i could walk to london and tower bridges. the staff were nice and let me check in early so i could see more of the city. the room was spacious and clean.
It can get quite noisy at times. I could hear doors slamming early in the morning as people left their rooms.

The standard queen room was fairly large. It included a yoga mat and a full-size mirror. the tv was large. It had access to american tv shows. the free coffee machine was wonderful and very much appreciated.
