mixed feelings about this place
small room thin walls
the location was convenient for getting around. it was close to transportation, i guess.
The room was pretty small. i reminded me of i was constantly bumping into things. also, the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything happening in the hallway all night, hard to sleep. i needed more quiet.

helpful staff usb ports convenient location
Check-in was quick, and the staff were helpful. I appreciated this. my room included usb ports on both sides of the bed. the location is close to several tube lines, including central and circle lines.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and the options remained the same each morning. This became repetitive after a few days.

Their coffee tasted really good. the hotel offers a cafe downstairs. I saw people in it. the on-site restaurant provides a spot for quick meals. the cafe seems popular, though i did not personally use it.

the room was basic but stylish, and it was clean! the bathroom was lovely. the bed was very comfortable. i found the room quiet, so it was easy to sleep, though the bathroom was small.

watered down eggs joke fitness
the location IS excellent close to the city center and major tourist attractions several metro stations are nearby making it easy to get around the city
the breakfast WAS monotonous i noticed eggs were watered down plus it took around thirty minutes to be seated the fitness room IS a joke it merely contains dumbbells treadmills and stationary bikes in a basement room

spacious room useful kitchenette excellent access
the room was spacious, it was a one-bedroom suite kitchenette. it featured a very useful kitchenette with all necessary appliances. the location helped me because it provided excellent access to public transport.
the closet space was minimal, it limited my storage options.

fresh pastries helpful staff
Gabi welcomed us warmly at the desk offering help. Adem made a perfect latte while we waited in the lounge. they had a variety of freshly made pastries. i got a crispy almond croissant with my daily latte quickly. the staff were very helpful.
the hotel was very hot, though you could open the windows in the rooms.

impersonal entrance small common areas
the automated entrance felt impersonal the common areas was smaller than shown in photos the room was small i found long black hairs on the floor and in the bathroom the bathroom lacked a hairdryer the noise isolation was poor as the room faced the street i reminded me of the windows were open

convenient stay
easy access convenient location early check-in spacious room
The hotel's location proved convenient. It was close to monument and bank train stations which allowed easy access to the city. i found it great that i could walk to london and tower bridges. the staff were nice and let me check in early so i could see more of the city. the room was spacious and clean.
It can get quite noisy at times. I could hear doors slamming early in the morning as people left their rooms.

The standard queen room was fairly large. It included a yoga mat and a full-size mirror. the tv was large. It had access to american tv shows. the free coffee machine was wonderful and very much appreciated.
